Textile tags and labels
In order to provide all the necessary information about textile products such as washing instruction or fabric used, each and every product should be labelled with a textile tag.
We offer three kinds of materials used for this purpose: nylon, satin and Tyvek, which are available in two versions: glueless or with thick layer of adhesive. Thanks to a low price and a very good resistance as well as certificates allowing for safe application in childrenswear, nylon tags are the most common form of marking textile products. Whereas, satin tags are used for lingerie and smart clothing. After having done series of research, we were able to launch satin on the market which is characterized by very good print parameters, incredible softness, price and visual qualities. Our satin PREMIUM is one of the best materials which is accessible for thermo transfer and flexographic printing. Also, it has all necessary certificates for safe use in childrenswear.
Another type of materials used for producing textile tags is Tyvek which is made of polyethylene fibers connected under the influence of temperature and pressure. Thanks to this process, there has been obtained a material which combines the features of paper, foil and plastic. What’s more, it has got a broad application due to its properties, such as: it does not stretch, is very mechanically resistant and it is resistant to atmospheric conditions as well as chemical agents and above all, it has a certificate concerning incombustibility and self-extinguishing properties.
