Our philosophy
Every day, each of us come to work due to one, definite target - that is - to fulfill all the tasks professionally and faultlessly. We are aware of the long-term aim of our company and we are doing our best to achieve it in the shortest period. The man, as such, is the most essential factor in the realization of each process. We are trying to be more qualified and consistent in comparison with the previous day. Each of us is aware of the responsibility which lies with us. Our main aim is to be a maximally effective and efficient organization which consists of a group of specialists who complement each other. We focus on meeting our clients’ needs which also motivates us to a constant development of our skills and abilities. The philosophy which accompanies us every day has made us outline four rules of Marco Company, according to which we act:
- The professional and competent service results in a long-term and fruitful cooperation.
- The long-term cooperation based on partnership stands for loyalty of client.
- The loyal client is also a friend of our company and we are not indifferent to our friends’ problems.
- The good company knows how to choose friends.
The implementation and complete acceptation of Japanese philosophy KAIZEN (改善) was a completion of long-term work in the creation of our employees’ responsible attitude. Not only is this philosophy a culture or management process-oriented but it is also a style of life for us- an infinite process of improvement and progress.
