About us
Marco has been operating in the branch of labelling and automatic identification since 2003. From the very beginning, we have focused on the complex service of production plants and utilities in order to provide the optimal method of product labelling. We are a producer of specialist self-adhesive foils and textile labels as well as of multicolour paper labels. We equip the production lines with thermal transfer printers, barcode readers and data collectors. We offer the warranty and post-warranty authorized service. Moreover we provide a technical consulting concerning the identification of products being manufactured in difficult conditions.
In order to supply products of the highest quality, we cooperate with renowned producers of self-adhesive materials in the world. Thanks to a research laboratory and scientific background, we are able to face each and every problem regarding product labelling in a professional and efficient manner. The clients’ needs are considered individually so as to propose an optimal solution for the future.
In order to improve the process of providing a service to clients, we have introduced the quality management system ISO 9001 which is constantly being improved. Our company management system, which has been created by our staff, controls every step of label production, starting from receiving a written order to dispatch by means of a forwarding company. Our additional asset is a nice and well-qualified staff for whom the client and his needs is the priorities.
Machinery Park
Currently, Marco Company owns the following machines:
- Two rotary machines used for the production of long and medium-size series of foil and paper labels,
- Four-colour rotary machine used for the production of long and medium-size series of labels with laminate option,
- Eight-colour rotary machine for the production of long and medium-size series of textile labels and tags,
- Four machines with flat bed pressure punch for the production of short-size series of foil labels.

Our nearest investment plan predicts the purchase of new machines :
- Professional machines for measuring out, slitting, working out and rewinding thermal transfer ribbons,
These modern and diversified machinery park allows us to provide service quickly and professionally to small companies as well as to international corporations. We have specialized in a small group of label series without additional preparatory costs which single us out from the competitors on the market.
Laboratory
We possess a well-equipped laboratory, which allows us to conduct specialistic research in the field of label application. We conduct all kinds of tests which are in accordance with the international standards FINAT. We examine for example: the surface resistance to environmental factors and aging process as well as we test glue adhesion to specific kinds of surface. What’s more, we cooperate with scientific and research centres such as: The Silesian University of Technology and The University of Science and Technology AGH in order to solve problems with identification of products being manufactured in difficult environment conditions. Many times, our joint effort has resulted in the implementation of innovative and unique system of labelling on the world scale.
